Rebecca is a retired high school art teacher (35 years) from Okemos MI. She has been painting for forty years. Rebecca has her bachelor's degree in art education from Western Michigan and a masters degree in art therapy from Wayne State. 

Over the years she has attended many workshops including the DIA, the College for Creative Studies, The Art Institute of Chicago, Glen Arbor Arts Center, Interlochen and Lansing Community College.

Currently, she teaches art to small groups in her studio and at Burcham Hills retirement home. You can find her work on etsy and does commission work specializing in pet portraits, houses, and vacation memories.

Rebecca is a member of the Mid Michigan Artist Guild and the Michigan Watercolor Society.
