Crooked Tree Arts Center hosts a variety of receptions to celebrate our exhibitions, both ticketed and free. From our Vernissage and Swirl events, to closing receptions, artist meets & greets, and more, we offer a blend of local flavor, creativity, and community as well as a chance to get to know some of the artists in our galleries. Held throughout the year, our reception events invite guests to enjoy complimentary bites and refreshments. All set against the backdrop of our current art exhibitions.
Celebrate the season in style at our Holiday Vernissage & Swirl on Thursday, December 4 from 5:30–7:00 pm! Enjoy a festive spread of hearty appetizers and mini sweet treats prepared by Spring and Porter, paired with your choice of wine, beer, or cocktails. Toast to the holidays with live music by Pete Kehoe, setting a cheerful tone for an evening of artful shopping and merriment.
Stroll through the Holiday Bazaar, where you’ll discover one-of-a-kind gifts handcrafted by local artisans — from knits, jewelry, pottery, ceramics, and prints to ornaments, artwork, and more. Whether you’re looking for stocking stuffers or something truly special, you’re sure to find the perfect presents for everyone on your list (and maybe a little something for yourself, too!).

Savor wines from Great Lakes Wine and Spirit, paired with mouthwatering appetizers from the talented Chef Sarah McDonnell of Little Bay Gourmet and live music from Dane Tollas, that will make for a lovely evening.
Along with our On Ice & At Home exhibitions in the galleries, we will also be unveiling this year’s Dart for Art featured painting, Untitled, by Kurt Anderson.
