Artists Kathie Carpenter, Marilyn Hoogstraten, Kathy Silbernagel, and Babs Young have shared an interest in photography for years. The friends take photographs together, share work with one another, and come together periodically through collaborative exhibitions of their work. Though their individual creative work may explore different subjects or themes, all four artists frequently create images that capture and consider the intrinsic power and nuances of color.
