In this week's Coffee @ 10, Michigan artist and educator Amber Dietz will talk about her alternative photographic processes and her work featured in Travelogues: Juried Photography Exhibition.

Featuring

Amber Dietz

Amber Dietz is an artist and educator based in Detroit. She explores the photographic medium using historical and alternative photographic processes. Her camera of choice is an 8X10 Century Universal Folmer Graflex.

Working in art education for over a decade, Amber has held adjunct faculty positions at Oakland University and the School of Visual Arts. Currently she serves as adjunct faculty in the Photography Departments at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor and Wayne State University in Detroit.

Amber holds a BA in Studio Art, Photography, and Art Education and a Masters in Education Studies in International Baccalaureate from Oakland University. Her work has been exhibited in group shows throughout the United States.
