I am a first class noticer. Fiber is my medium. This includes paper, fabric, & food. I love to cook as well as sew, construct, letter & print. 

Nature provides much of my inspiration. Living in Traverse City offers so much to notice & emulate in my art. Ideas are then applied to fabric and paper in various ways.

Journaling is for me a dumping ground. In a good way. So much is floating around in our heads that would be lost to the cosmos if we didn’t get it out and on to paper.  If you are going to document it may as well be in a format you have made personal and enjoy using. I’m anxious to share ideas and techniques so you can save your great ideas & thoughts for future reference & refinement in a journal you have made your own.
