Join Chef Sarah McDonnell on March 25 at 5 PM for a virtual cooking class streamed live from the CTAC kitchen right to your home!

    Menu:
    Chicken and butternut squash tagine
    Roasted tomato and feta salad

Tune in from the comfort and safety of your own home and kitchen as chef Sarah demonstrates how to prepare this delightful menu. Ingredients and recipes will be provided to you in advance to follow along. Chef Sarah will stream from our kitchen at CTAC directly to your home devices via Zoom. A CTAC staff and volunteer host will field your questions in-real-time for the chef as you follow along.

Don't want to shop and cook? Follow along with the chef as you enjoy a prepared take-and-make meal instead! Take-and-bake meals will be prepared in advance by chef Sarah to take-and-bake at home. All meals come with heating and serving instructions without all the fuss and no dirty dishes afterwards.

Chicken and butternut squash tagine: $14 per person/portion
Roasted tomato and feta salad with fresh bread: $12 per order (enough for two or more people)

Take-and-bake meals can be picked up from Parkside Deli in Downtown Petoskey 12 PM - 3 PM. (please contact us for other arrangements outside of these hours)

    Cancellation & Class Policies

Cancellation Policy for Petoskey Classes (In-Person)

    Student Withdrawal
Requests for cancellation by the student at least seven (7) days prior to the first day of class will be honored (minus a $20 processing fee).  NO REFUNDS will be given for a student cancellation made less than seven (7) days in advance of the first day of the class.

    Class Cancellations (Weather)
When Public Schools of Petoskey are closed due to inclement weather, CTAC-Petoskey classes are canceled. We will do our best to provide a make-up opportunity for the missed class. Refunds will not be given if the student is unable to attend the rescheduled session of class. Workshops and one-time classes will be handled on a per-class basis. School of Ballet students are asked to make up the missed class in an alternate session approved by their instructor.

    Student Absence
We are unable to offer refunds or make-up sessions for classes missed due to student absence.

    Minimum Enrollment
Crooked Tree Arts Center reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet its minimum student enrollment prior to the first class session. If a class is cancelled by CTAC for lack of enrollment, CTAC will offer a full refund to the student in the manner in which tuition was paid. (Cash payments will be refunded by check.)
