Now in its fifth year, Paint Grand Traverse is a week-long summer festival of landscape painting, live demonstrations, kids activities, art sales, classes, parties, and community events. Paint Grand Traverse attracts top plein air artists from across the United States, who spend the week being inspired by the magic of Traverse City, Old Mission Peninsula, Leelanau County, and the Lake Michigan coastline. More than 300 paintings will be created, each one capturing a special place and moment in Northern Michigan.
