Committed to following a creative path in the visual arts and learning as I proceed, I am focused on exploring different mediums and different subject matter. Whether oil or acrylic, pastel or watercolor, my goal is to catch and interpret that certain moment of light or beauty and the feeling it provokes in me. In the process, time is suspended and I become immersed in the challenge, anticipating the point where I can step away, satisfied with the result, hoping that the work will resonate with others.
