Artist’s Statement
I paint as I live - with passion. Good art is true and beautiful - not necessarily pretty. My paintings include lakes and landscapes, and I create narrative paintings in realistic, pointillist, and experimental styles. My work has been featured in museum, gallery, and juried shows. You might say I'm world famous among a small and discerning group of collectors.
I've drawn and painted my entire life, learning from living artists and old masters. Don’t go to a museum with me unless you bring provisions. I observe and paint. And paint. And paint.
Private collectors range from New York to Oakland, from Chicago to Austin. May you delight in the gift of sight, the beauty of creation, and the power of original art to awaken compassion.
Beyond this, let the paintings speak for themselves.
