Emily Stuchell is a potter and educator. She has been mastering her ceramic work over the past 10 years and sharing her skills with students at Crooked Tree Art Center an NCMC. She is co-owner of Stuchell Ceramics. Emily received a degree in sociology with concentrations in both education and theatre arts from Castleton University in Vermont. Her concentration in education led her to teach at a Montessori preschool in Farmington, Michigan and she furthered her education by completing the
Montessori assistant training. During this time she gained knowledge, experience and a love for teaching preschool-aged children. She has focused on both art and music with this age and enjoys fostering the love of both subjects with the next generation.
