2010 YOUTH ART SHOW ENTRY FORM

To guarantee space in the Youth Art Exhibition, this form must be returned to Gail DeMeyere, Visual Arts/Education Director, Crooked Tree Arts Center, 461 E. Mitchell Street, Petoskey, MI 49770 no later than Friday April 2, 2010.

Installation dates and times are as follows:

Saturday April 10 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Monday April 12 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Tuesday and Wednesday April 13 and 14 from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Take Down for the Youth Art Show is Monday May 10 between the hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  There will be a group of volunteers available to assist in take down. If you are not able to make it on this day, your student’s work will be carefully taken down and held for you. The work needs to be picked up no later than Friday May 14.
