D'Art for Art is Crooked Tree Arts Center's largest fundraiser. It is one of the premier events in northern Michigan, the location changes often and it is not your typical fundraising party.
What is D'Art?
D'Art is a game we play where everyone is a winner. Guests at the event are able to "d'art" for their choice of over 200 original pieces of work created by artists of local, regional and national acclaim. Each couple or individual reservation leave with an original work of art!
Proceeds from D'Art for Art benefit the arts center's year round programs including exhibitions, concerts, classes, school tours, dance, scholarships and so much more.
The D'Art Artists Catalog is here to stay! In 2008 & 2009 the arts center produced a beautiful full color catalog of the donated artwork for the event including each artist's contact information, and galleries that exhibit their work. These catalogs were given to all the guests, and have been available in Crooked Tree Arts Center's Art Tree Gallery and on the website for the entire year.
